Refund Policy

Our promise: if your reading doesn’t resonate with you, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no awkward questions.

1. One-time readings

The Year Ahead (including Express delivery) is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email hello@allatarot.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number (it starts with “pay_” and is shown on the thank-you page and in your receipt). The bonus Destiny Matrix is included free and is not refunded separately.

2. Express delivery

If we miss the 2-hour Express delivery window for reasons on our side, we will refund the Express fee on request, even if you keep your reading.

3. Daily Stars subscription

You will not be charged if you cancel before your free trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing us. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge, we will refund that charge.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Didn’t receive your reading?

Please check your Spam and Promotions folders first, then contact hello@allatarot.com — we will resend it right away.
